There were two face-to-face meetings on May 22 and 23. The following resolutions were made. The resolution were to be ratified by email by all voting persons:

• The name of the organization is International Medical Physics Certification Board.
• The organization is officially in existence on May 23rd, 2010.
• Designate Ti-Chuang Chiang, Secretary/Treasurer to form a committee to open a bank account, and to incorporate the organization.
• Designate Edward Sternick to form a committee to draft guidelines for certification.

Ned Sternick led the discussion on the draft of the guidelines. Agenda items 4a-4d were discussed and revised. The revised version will be sent separately later. Agenda item 5 will be discussed in future meetings. 

The format of the May 25 International Symposium was reviewed. Raymond Wu announced that the ACMP staff had confirmed that internet access would be available so the two-way audio and video feeds would be provided by aapm.webex.com. At least 6 persons from different continents indicated they would participate. Ti-Chuang Chiang would operate the system assisted by the AV person.

Post meeting note: The resolutions were unanimously ratified by email votes of all eleven Charter Member Organizations.
