Dates and Candidates

The Executive Committee has approved the following:

• IMPCB held
  (a) Part I examinations (General Medical Physics),
  (b) Part II (Specialty: Radiation Oncology Physics) examinations, and
  (c) Part II (Specialty: Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiological Physics) examinations
  for individual medical physicists in April 2019.
• The Part I examinations (General Medical Physics) took place on Wednesday, April 24 at 2:00 to 5:00 pm.
• The Part II examinations took place on Thursday, April 25 at 9:00 am to noon for Radiation Oncology Physics.
• The Part II examinations for Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiological Physics took place on Thursday, April 25 at 9:00 am to noon.
• Deadline for expression of interest to take the exam:  February 18, 2019.
• Deadline for submission of application: March 4, 2019.
• 12 candidates took the Part I exams
• 5 candidates took the Part II RO exams
• One candidate took the Part II Dx exams
