Dates and Number of Candidates
Due to COVID-19 IMPCB may postpone this Exam Session following the Managed Postponement Policy:
- IMPCB held
(a) Part I examinations (General Medical Physics),
(b) Part II (Specialty: Radiation Oncology Physics) examinations, and
(c) Part II (Specialty: Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiological Physics) examinations
for individual medical physicists in 2021.
- The Part I examinations (General Medical Physics) were delivered on December 16.
- The Part II examinations for Radiation Oncology Physics were delivered on December 17.
- The Part II examination for Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiological Physics was delivered on December 17.
- Deadline for expression of interest to take the exam: Extended to October 28, 2021.
- Deadline for submission of application: October 28, 2021.
- Those needed visa help were informed that due to Covid-19, only applicants holding a valid visa to Italy can be considered.
- Due to Covid-19, among those admitted some opted to postpone.
- 10 candidates were present for Part I but one was quarantined and could not take the exam.
- 6 candidates were present for Part II but two were quarantined and could not take the exam.
