Introduction
Business: Establishing IMPCB Board first term officers additional nominees. Raymond Wu presented a PPT showing (i) the Objectives of IMPCB, (ii) Member types, (iii) Board and Committees structures, and (iv)
Positions to fill.
Various representatives (see attendance sheet) made comments,and position statements.
Extra nominations for positions called for. Delegates were given opportunities to volunteer, and to provide nominations on current nomination list sheets.
Voting is to be done after the meeting by email. Positions are to be elected to take office January 1, 2014. All positions will be volunteers and without pay.
Meeting closed at 9 am.
