  • The exams will be conducted at the time as informed. There is a 30-min Orientation in the Briefing Room before the first examination.
  • The candidate is expected to honor the Agreement Document which you signed before you were admitted to Part I. In addition, the candidate should have already signed the Zoom based exam commitment – “Responsibilities of candidates using Zoom”.
  • Candidates accepted for a specific Exam Session will receive a 3-week letter of acceptance from Dr. Siyong Kim about 3 weeks before the Exam Session. Please acknowledge receipt of the letter.
  • Dr Raymond Wu will email the Zoom Exam link to all candidates several days before the Exam Session.
  • Please set up the two devices exactly as pre-approved and join the Zoom meeting about 5 minutes or earlier before the Orientation. You may join any time but will wait in the Waiting Room until 5 minutes before the orientation.  
  • Once let in the Main Room, please confirm that your two devices do not have echo or noisy interference when you talk.
  • Click and choose the Speaker View for device #1. Do not use the Gallery View. Keep the Speaker View all the time during the exam. You should only see the one who speaks, usually the Examiner, but not others.
  • The Zoom Host will Assign you and your second device to the Briefing Room. You must click JOIN for both devices when invited in order to enter the Briefing Room.
  • The responsible persons on site are:
    • IMPCB Chief Examiner: Dr. Adel Mustafa
    • IMPCB Chief Proctor: Dr. Siyong Kim
    • IMPCB Zoom Host: Dr. Raymond Wu (or Horacio Patrocinio)
  • During the Orientation you will be asked to show your Candidate Number, your name, and a government-issued photo identification document stated in your application.
  • If questioned, please show the 3-week letter of Dr Siyong Kim to confirm you have been accepted for the Part III exam session.
  • The Zoom host will send you and your second device to one of the Candidates Rooms after the 30-minute Orientation.
  • You will be visited by several examiners and each examiner will use usually 25 minutes to do the Oral exam. You will have a 5-minute break between exams.  You will be free to leave the Meeting after the 145-minute session. Click the Leave MEETING button when instructed by the examiner.
  • Programmable calculators, and smart watches are NOT allowed. Non-programmable scientific calculators and old style watches are acceptable.
  • As a reminder to you about the Examination Rules, please refer to the Agreement Document you have signed.
  • You will be given further instructions at the site.
