- Examinations are for individual medical physicists considered by IMPCB to have met the training requirements.

- Applicants are advised to contact IMPCB to express interest to apply before the deadline.
- The applicant has to complete and sign the forms available here
- Please follow the instructions in the Application Form. The documents must be named appropriately, clearly legible, and file size must be under 0.5 MB each.
- Here are the Application form and the Agreement document for download. The Name Declaration form is needed if your transcripts and other important documents do not bear the same name as in file #02.
