The following is for candidates taking the Exams at ICTP in December, 2022

• The exams will be held at ICTP, in a lecture room of the Adriatico Guesthouse, Strada Costiera, 11, 1-34151, Trieste, Italy.
• The Part I examination will be on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
• The Part II examination will be on Friday, December 16, 2022 at 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
• There will be a half-hour briefing session immediately before each examination.
• You will have up to three hours to complete each examination.
• Please arrive at the site at least 30 minutes before the briefing and check in with the proctor.
• The responsible persons on site are

  • In charge of local arrangements: Dr. Renato Padovani
• You will be asked to provide your Candidate Number, your name, and a government-issued photo identification document indicated in your application.
• Please refer to the Final Details Letter from the Chair of the Examination Committee, Dr Siyong Kim, about 3 weeks before the exam. Please bring the letter with you.
• Please bring a few pencils and a good eraser for use to answer multiple choice questions.
• Programmable calculators, cell phones, and smart watches are NOT allowed. Non-programmable scientific calculators and old style watches are acceptable.
• As a reminder to you about the Examination Rules, please refer to the Agreement Document you have signed.
• Please refer to the payment webpage about the penalty for late payment of fees.
