Dates and Number of Candidates

Due to COVID-19 IMPCB may postpone this Exam Session following the Managed Postponement Policy

• IMPCB held
  (a) Part I examinations (General Medical Physics),
  (b) Part II (Specialty: Radiation Oncology Physics) examinations, and
  (c) Part II (Specialty: Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiological Physics) examinations
  for individual medical physicists in 2021.
• The Part I examinations (General Medical Physics) were delivered on December 13, 2021 at 8:30 am to noon.
• The Part II examinations for Radiation Oncology Physics were deliver on Tuesday December 14.
• The Part II examination for Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiological Physics was on Tuesday December 14.
• Deadline for expression of interest to take the exam was: October 24, 2021.
• Deadline for submission of application was: October 24, 2021.
• The Organizing Committee of AOCMP provided visa invitation letters to those who made requests.
• Due to Covid-19 and other reasons, among those approved to sit the exams some candidates chose to postpone.
• 11 candidates were present for Part I.
• 6 candidates were present for Part II RO, and 1 candidate for Part II Dx.
