Date and Time of the Exam Session
- IMPCB will hold Online-based written examinations:
(a) Part I (General Medical Physics),
(b) Part II (Specialty: Radiation Oncology Physics), and
(c) Part II (Specialty: Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiological Physics)
(d) Part II (Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Physics)
for individual medical physicists. The first Online Exam session will be held in December 2022.
- The Part I examinations (General Medical Physics) will be held on a date and time to be determined with the admitted candidates.
- The Part II examinations for Radiation Oncology Physics will be held on a date and time to be determined with the admitted candidates.
- The Part II examination for Diagnostic Imaging and Interventional Radiological Physics will be held on a date and time to be determined with the admitted candidates.
- The Part II examinations for Nuclear Medicine Physics will be held on a date and time to be determined with the admitted candidates.
- 2022 Online Exam seats have been fully booked. Seats vacated by admitted candidates who choose to postpone are very limited. They may be available for applicants who submit complete applications before November 14. Others may follow instructions and express your interest to sit for 2023 exams.

- The exams will take place in the candidate’s home or office in private. If there is a second person in the room after the exam starts, the examination will be terminated and the exam result will most likely be considered FAIL.
